- What should my institution bring? - Promotional Items or swag from your institution to give out. 
- Print outs of any open positions you would like to promote. 
- Boardgames to share. 
- Snacks to share. 
 
- What should I pack? - Your computer, charger, and a multiplug to share. 
- A pillow, toiletries, and any other necessities. 
- Casual or institutional themed attire. 
- Jacket or sweatshirt for firepit time or if the rooms are cold. 
- A flashlight. 
 
- What do we do at the conference? - Please take a look at this year's agenda. 
- FHO is a community driven conference designed for us to engage with one another. 
- The majority of the conference will be spent in one large room with all of us together. 
 
- What is the conference site like? - The Florida FFA Leadership Training Center is in a remote location in Haines City. 
- We are surrounded by the beauty of natural Florida. 
 - The amenities and setting are rustic.
